The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the store. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand image, the manager will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training to support team development and performance improvement.- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel.- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining profitability.- Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and preserving customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.- Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise displays are aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, and effectively showcase the products.- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and health and safety guidelines.- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives and market trends.Qualifications:At least 2 years of Assistant Store Management Experience.Grade 12Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-end or luxury fashion environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
