Requirements:Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering degree/diplomaBe willing to build a career in a great companyBe familiar with ISO proceduresAn ability to communicate effectively at all levelsAn ability to negotiate effectivelyA strong ability to think logically and rationallyBe highly computer literate, especially Excel & CAD softwareBe assertive and forthrightBe enthusiastic, positive and self energizedA strong financial and commercial aptitudeExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent numeracy skillsAn ability to work effectively in teamThe successful applicant will rotate through Divisions for a year and will be responsible for the following:Overseeing installations of various new multi-million-rand machines and technologyOverseeing assigned Engineering and technical projectsEnsuring customer satisfaction with respect to all Engineering projectsDeveloping and implementing project schedules and forecastsCoordinating and checking of engineering deliverablesReporting weekly on project status and change ordersPlanning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projectsAssisting in the preparation of engineering project and machine acquisition proposalsAssisting in the coordination of pricing, estimating, scoping strategies for proposed projects and in the development and preparation of technical specificationsAssisting in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits and designs for projectImplementing successful engineering projectsCommunicating extensively with assigned project Clients, external customers and suppliers, both overseas and localTaking responsibility for commissioning and running multi- million rand machinery and plant related projectsThis position is open to all individuals who meet the relevant minimum criteria.
