As a Software Test Engineer, you'll contribute tothe development of enterprise-level software aimed at improving healthcaredelivery in the province, with a focus on managing person-level health data.This pivotal role involves collaborating with a diverse team to build reliable,interoperable, and open-source software solutions. Key Responsibilities : Coordinatetest design, documentation, and strategies based on business requirements. Ensuresoftware components meet quality standards and business needs. Drivequality control and test plan execution in agile sprints. Identifyareas of code quality improvement and work with the team to address them. Maintainand enhance automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium Webdriver, DBplugins, mock services, Playwright, etc.). Enhancesoftware delivery processes based on agile principles and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’sdegree in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, orequivalent qualification; advanced ISTQB Certification is a plus. Minimumof 5 years of relevant experience in software testing within softwaredevelopment teams. Proficiencyin MS SQL Server and data access methods, SQL, and database technologies(MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including familiarity with Stored Procedures. Experiencein setting up and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools suchas Selenium WebDriver, mock services, and Playwright. Knowledgeof testing web services, including XML, JSON, REST, and WCF. Strongunderstanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in smallsoftware team environments, with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English.
