If you’re excited by the opportunity to join the team behind Sixty60, the nation’s leading grocery delivery app, and you’re a skilled marketer, then we’d love to speak to you.Role PurposeThe purpose of the Digital Commerce: Marketing Campaign Manager (Sixty60) role is to manage and oversee the delivery and optimisation of marketing and related business plans that align with business goals and objectives. The role entails managing campaigns and projects as well as providing operational support for all digital commerce marketing activities, including planning, and coordinating events, performing market research and reporting on campaign performance. The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where a working knowledge of Shoprite as a business will be acquired along with a practical understanding of marketing in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the motivation to adhere to deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and contribute significantly to the team's success.Role DescriptionCampaign management: Co-creation of strategy, plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, paid advertising, in-app marketing, point of sale and ATL.Partnerships & collaborations: Identify & create partnership & collaboration opportunities with external brands and our in-house sales team.Analytics and reporting: Set campaign and project KPIs, analyse performance, optimise in real-time and establish learnings to take into future projects.Event planning: Conceptualise, plan, execute and report on various brand events. Ranging from store activations to multiple regional events taking place at the same time.Budget management: Utilizing and tracking budget allocation to achieve marketing objectives through innovative campaigns and targeted initiatives.Brief creative and media agencies with clear objectives, requirements, budgets, and timelines. Ensure that campaigns are executed within established timelines, are continuously optimised based on performance and that results are fed back to key stakeholders timeously. Conduct market and competitor research to identify key trends and insights in the e-commerce landscape. Coordinate approval processes across key stakeholders within the business. Support the Sixty60 team with conceptualisation of new campaigns. Form and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including internal marketing teams, marketing agencies, and other business stakeholders to ensure the Sixty60 brand is effectively represented across all channels.Qualifications and experienceDegree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, PR or equivalent – (essential).    +3 years’ experience working in a marketing coordinator or similar role within a marketing function with a well-developed understanding of marketing concepts as well as experience executing marketing campaigns - (essential).  Exposure to working with media and creative agencies – (essential).  Experience in a retail / eCommerce environment – (advantageous).  Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing – (essential)Exposure to marketing analytics tools - (advantageous).  Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with intermediate level of Excel and PPT skills – (essential).Our Group is committed to creating, embracing, and preserving a diverse workplace that values the unique talents, perspectives, backgrounds, and abilities that enrich our organisation.
