Requirements:Matric/ Grade 12 (non-negotiable).Fluent in Italian (oral and written: non-negotiable).Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.Tertiary education (advantageous).Must have the right to work in South Africa (VISA approved).Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite (non-negotiable).Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate customer interactions, provide feedback, and report to campaign team leaders.Handle customer service calls within the banking sector.Ensure all outbound calls are conducted in a professional, friendly and polite manner.Demonstrate excellence in customer service by achieving specified performance standards.Build rapport with both customers and suppliers.Ensure that the SLAs are met and exceeded with respect to back-office processing requirements as per client requirements.Assisting with any other duties that may be reasonably expected of you within the Company.Salary:R18 000 - R25 000 basic salary
