Job Summary AECOM invites suitable candidates with experience in the water supply&treatment process design, process optioneering and selection including workshop management to join their water team in developing projects following completion of National Water Resources Plan, prepare models, cost estimates, hold workshops and develop phased short-, medium- and long-term approach to the rollout of small, medium and large projects necessary to meet WSAG needs over next 10-30 years. Work is predominantly of a feasibility nature and when completed will be handed over to the Asset Delivery team to complete design and procurement of construction services. NB: The work will be completed remotely from South Africa in the UK. The candidate will be based in either the Cape Town, Durban or Centurion offices. Minimum Requirements 3 – 7 years’ relevant professional experience. Working knowledge of water treatment and water treatment process improvements within a consulting and design environment. General civil engineering/ municipal engineering design experience - essential. Review of contractor’s designs.
