Role Overview : As a Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within our client organizations. Working remotely from South Africa, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment and your understanding of the UK job market to deliver outstanding results. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings. Create compelling job advertisements and marketing materials to attract suitable candidates. Candidate Screening and Assessment : Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations. Administer relevant assessments and tests as required. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and organizational culture. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status. Offer expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Recruitment Process Management : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback to both parties. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Market Research and Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the UK. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research. Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies based on market insights. Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database. Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications and Experience : Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the UK market. Strong understanding of the creative and technology industries. Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
