To provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders by ensuring that product demand is received and delivered on time and in full in a cost-effective manner. Plan and co-ordinate the E2E Export activities for Finished Goods. To maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives focusing on Safety, Service, Savings and Sustainability Key Responsibilities Capturing customer orders on SAP Source stock according to the production methodology and stock management principles. Engaging with Regional Business Managers, Customers, Planners and Warehouses to obtain readiness of demand for product. Co-ordinate execution of orders Engage with Freight Forwarder on vessel availability for specific Trade lanes and Confirmation of bookings. Preparation of all export documentation and relevant certificates of conformance and other certificates that will be required by our customers and destination customs authorities. Evaluate and apply all new customs related requirements for exports on an ongoing basis. Check and coordinate with Tax Department to establish efficient export classification and tariff codes. Obtain required product certifications for all export products for customs clearance. Engage with Trade Quality to obtain all required export licenses required for each Country where applicable. Effective communication internally with Customer Service, Production, Finance and Quality, whilst externally with Customers, Transporters, and Freight forwarders Provide optimal level of customer service and resolve all shipment issues. Job Requirements Education Relevant Diploma or Matric with 5-years’ experience in the Wine&Spirits exports environment Experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Wine Export Logistics. A good understanding of the Process to Export Wines and Spirits. A good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain. Be able to handle customer portfolios and management thereof. Advance Excel skills Attention to detail and analytical skills. Good Time Management and prioritization ability 3.3.
