1. Responsible for the sales results in the region, lead the sales team to complete monthly sales tasks2. According to the overall sales target, divide regional tasks and follow up throughout the process3. Follow up the team’s sales all the time and assist in resolving store issues4. Master competitors’ information and policies, and formulate reacting plans, then supervise the execution5. Conduct regular store visits, store image inspection and store relationship maintenance6. Follow up the implementation of the standard store image requirement7. Carry out the management of the team in charge, help FMEs and BAs to improve business capabilities, and assist in solving team’s problems8. Timely inform the team of the company's policies, follow up and check the team’s implementation and results9.
