Hospitality Property Host – Woodstock - R11 000 - R12500 Depending on ExperienceAs a Property Host, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.Responsibilities:Handle guest inquiries from Airbnb, Booking.com, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. Respond promptly and take necessary actions.Coordinate with cleaning crews and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well prepared for check-ins.Oversee the check-in process; ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and all necessary information.
