Responsibilities: Reporting Leadership Reporting Management Reporting Shareholders Reporting Project Reporting Accounting Audit Oversight and Management Overseeing Complete and Accurate Trial Balances Financial Feasabilities&Analysis Analysing Project Financial Feasibilities and Profit Returns Calculating Project Interest Rolls Operational Cash Flow Management (Daily Updates, Budget Vs Actual Tracking, Driving Key Cash Flow Items) Cash Flow Forecasting for Projects and Group Revenue Forecasting and Tracking Secretarial Booking Shareholder Meetings Compiling Meeting Agenda's and Minutes Requirements CA (SA) or CIMA qualification preferred Degree in Finance or Accounting non-negotiable Xero and Syft accounting software experience non-negotiable Construction related experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Office) Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, complex 'if' formulas) #J-18808-Ljbffr
