Qualifications and Experience A relevant finance qualification such as Chartered Accountant is required. Additional specialization in financial services is beneficial. A self-motivated individual with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations within the financial services sector, ideally in fund management. Proficiency in reconciliations and cash management is a must. Familiarity with a programming language is advantageous, although not mandatory.
