Qualifications:Graduate with experience in Digital TransformationExperience in Lean Six Sigma is highly preferredTechnical Skills:Strong insurance domain preferable not mandatoryFunctional Domain experience in contact centerExperience with process diagnostics and solutions developmentGood understanding of digital solutions, analytics, robotics, process improvement / elimination / lean six sigma background and project managementExcellent working knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Doc.
