Overview:This role will oversee gross margin profitability of all clients that are delivered from South Africa. This role will work very closely with senior colleagues in the Finance, Operations and Client teams on a daily basis to ensure that profitability targets are achieved, this will be up to and including COO/CFO level. The role holder will coach and lead a team of 4 Finance & Commercial roles ensuring a focus on quality, accuracy and timeliness.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:· Oversee accurate revenue and cost forecasts utilising state of the art processes and techniques.· Build strong relationships with stakeholders and use this to influence decisions which deliver profitability.· Drive the focus on commercial performance from the Senior Operations team ensuring cost control is enforced and accountability is maintained through regular reviews of performance and action plans.· Coach and lead the team, setting high standards, controls & protocols developing the team to their full potential.· Develop and maintain standards and best practise which ensures consistency across the team on quality and standard of outputs.· Support Month End close activities taking proactive steps to ensure very early analysis (prior to close) on all client cost and sales variances· Design and lead transformational changes that incorporate new tools, and greater insight to profitability and cost performance.· Work collaboratively across Finance, Operations, WFM, and MI teams to support improved insight on commercial drivers, providing commentary and responding to queries and questions from stakeholders.· Support on commercial bid’s and repricing for existing clients· Play a lead role in budget and reforecast activities ensuring timelines and plans fit within the wider group deadlines.· Set and drive a vision of process improvement in data, systems and processes that enables greater insight and productivity at less cost.Skills and Experience Required· Background and qualification in Finance or Accounting is advantageous,· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar type Finance or Commercial role with ideally 3+ years in a contact centre environment.· Superior analytical skills utilising a range of tools and techniques· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Strong people leadership skills· Managing complex information and comfortable presenting it in a simple manner to senior colleagues.· Restless fascination with continuous improvement as default mindset· Excellent time management and prioritisation.· Must have led commercial, data insight teams in the past – or something similarSkills/Experience Desired· Use of Visual analytics software· Experience of WFM· Change Management.Contract pricingJob Types: Full-time, Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
