Enterprise Sales Consultants, in order to pro-actively deliver on and achieve set and agreed sales targets, through the development and ‘mining’ of the ‘sales pipeline’ and ‘cold-calling’ on existing, new and potentially new merchants, earmarked in the Tier 1, 2  & enterprise marketsManagement & control of the Outbound & Enterprise Sales environment in accordance with the related compliance, legislation, internal & external policies, scheme rules and procedures, to ensure that the sales, product and operational risks are managed, controlled and maintainedProfit & Revenue Management:Devise, implement and execute the agreed sales strategy and business planDevelop and manage budgets and forecasts, cost and income/revenueStructure and calculate positive revenue generated commercial deals/transactionsManage and ensure the team (including Administrative Support) achieve their agreed targets, through strategic, cross and up-selling initiatives and approachesAchieve, personal set and agreed sales targets, in order to improve bottom-line revenueTrack, monitor and control the activities and performance of the sales consultantsEnsure on-going strategic initiatives are continuously and correctly interpreted, evaluated and implemented in the maintenance and effectiveness of the Outbound Sales & Enterprise environmentProduct Management:Have a clear, solid understanding of the organisation’s product, benefits and service offeringsPresent/provide the targeted/earmarked merchant base/sales pipeline with the correct and most suitable solution and/or benefit(s), in order to meet their e-Commerce needs and requirementsInterpret merchant requirements and timeously address and resolve merchant queriesContinuously share and present Product & Marketing with merchant requirements and needsProcess Management:Implement and maintain applicable company policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the optimal functioning and target achievements of the Outbound & Enterprise Sales consultants and Administrative Support environmentEnsure streamlined workflow of daily administrative and sales tasksCo-ordinate & consolidate regular and ad-hoc sales performance, management  reporting and submissionFocus on continuous improvement of manual processes and apply technology, wherever possiblePeople Management & Personal Development:Monitor and manage agreed deliverables, output and performance of the Sales Consultants & Administrative Support (sub-ordinates)Develop, promote and facilitate on-going training, cross-training and-up-skilling of the Outbound & Enterprise sales team – foster a climate of continuous learningPrepare and sign-off Personal Development Plans (PDP’s) and take ownership of own career developmentConduct quarterly performance appraisals and apply disciplinary procedures, if and when requiredManage team administration, i.e. leave requests, roster management, sales tasks and reportingAcknowledge and reward exceptional performance and target achievementsStakeholder Management:Foster mutual beneficial relationship with internal and external stakeholdersEngage with Marketing on leads, pipeline generation/improvement and marketing initiatives via the different and available mediasAccompany and support Sales Consultants during existing and ‘new’ merchant visitsResponsible for daily workflow, co-ordination and SLA management between the Outbound Sales & Enterprise team and stakeholdersGovernance & Compliance:Review and update all Sales related documents/templates regularlyEnsure that all sales related, including reputational risks are managed, adhered to and minimisedAdhere to relative legislation and regulatory requirementsEnsure related and applicable product and operational risks are maintained and controlledStay abreast of Compliance requirements, Consumer Protection Act, AML, etcWhat you'll needGrade 12 or equivalent (essential)Degree or Diploma in a Business Sales related field/environment5 years Management, Supervision Sales, Relationship Management & Marketing experience5 – 10 years in the e-Commerce & Payments industry, preferably with acquiring & issuing experienceStrategic thinker, objective & deadline driven, understand sales & target dynamicsStrong business acumen & Influence behaviourEnthusiasm, energy, drive & resilienceRelationship Management,
