Job Overview: As a Snr BIBA within our Data Conceptualisation competency you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in the software development life cycle (SDLC) by designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, build prototypes, create specifications for developers, perform testing, and develop dashboards and visualizations to empower data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements. Analyze data sources, perform data profiling, and assess data quality. Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data model designs that align with business objectives. Data Model design for Self Service to follow Kimball methodology. Create source-to-target mapping documentation to support data integration efforts. Build data prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate data concepts. Collaborate with development teams to write detailed specifications for data pipelines and transformations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of data solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI. Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and Business Intelligence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis or a related field. Proven experience in data management, business analysis, BI BA or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling based on Kimball methodology. Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and source-to-target mapping. Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI. Proven experience in Agile project delivery and familiarity with DevOps practices is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices is a plus.
