Responsibilities: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels Generate production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize waste Continuously review and improve demand planning processes and systems Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field 3+ years of experience in demand planning in the food manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and forecasting software Experience with Syspro Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career changing move.
