Responsibilities include overseeing tasks such as copywriting, managing social media engagement, creating content, and leading PR initiatives. Additionally, the role involves gathering and organizing information, videos, and photos from various brand locations, engaging with online followers, ensuring brand-aligned communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop innovative digital and social media campaigns and continuously assessing their effectiveness will also be part of the duties.
