Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Chief Engineer, and the role comes with an attractive salary and a great benefits package.The Chief Engineer will provide technical leadership and manage the successful delivery of whole vehicle platforms form initial concept through to product launch.As a Chief Engineer role, you can expect to:• Direct and develop all attribute teams to enable the delivery of business requirements• Define the technical content of the project as required to align with the future strategy• Line manage the Lead Engineers and oversee any bought-in services• Support the demonstration and implementation of new technologies and methodologies• You will also influence early phase programmes across vehicle attributes from the initial design phases.You will need a degree or similar qualification and extensive demonstrable senior management experience in the automotive industry to apply for this Chief Engineer role.
