You would also be responsible for enforcing project, corporate, and finance legal agreements, supervising construction drawdowns, ensuring timely debt repayments and equity distributions, and providing regular reports to shareholders and lenders. Additionally, you would assess and mitigate project risks, handle legal and compliance matters across projects, maintain compliance with financial covenants, interpret and maintain project finance models, and coordinate audits.
