As a bookkeeper, you'll work closely with the business to make economically sound decisions, maintain financial control, and track transactions using Xero or similar programs. Responsibilities include real-time cash flow monitoring, reporting, and advising management. You'll manage pricing/costing, necessitating strong MS-Excel skills, and handle tasks such as payroll and financial report balancing. Collaboration with project managers ensures projects meet targets, with regular report generation. Other tasks include setting up online banking payments and real-time management of cost estimations, order of magnitude costing, budget tracking, and project cash flow.The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance.
