To lead the mandate and strategy of Jakes Gerwel Fellowship (JGF), so as to deliver on its objectives. The CEO has overall accountability for the development and successful implementation of the strategy and sustainability of the Fellowship. The CEO should be an inspiring and motivational leader, and who is well respected in the in the teaching profession/not-for-profit community or who has relevant educational experience within the corporate sector. The CEO should have strong networks in the education sector, not-for-profit and donor communities and is able to bring about sustainability through attracting new funders to its mission and programmes. They should be a person who embraces change, seizes opportunities, and demonstrates agility in their leadership style. The CEO must have excellent business acumen accumulated over many years of experience, with a solid grasp of vision, mission, strategy, organisational growth and scaling expertise, implementation, and impact evaluation. Most importantly, the CEO must display the utmost integrity and the JGF values whilst leading and caring for the expert and dynamic JGF team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
