Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & QualificationsIT related degree or minimum of 5 years IT experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting network and SIP/VoIP Services and Telephony equipmentHands on, in-depth experience in prepping, configuration, installation, troubleshooting of VoIP PBX's and handset equipment.Previous Telephony experience in vendors such as Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor will be advantageous.Working experience & an understanding the following Technologies: Routing and switching LAN, WAN, VLANs, Layer 2 and 3, QoSVoIP and Session Border Controller solutionsHave the ability to spec, install, configure and mentor junior resources on Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor will be advantageous. Valid Drivers License and own vehicleSSCA® 'Elite' - SIP School Certified Associate
