Job Description:Responsible for testing payment applications and supporting software to ensure the products produced meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Uses a combination of manual and automated tests, including the analysis, documentation and reporting of issues found during testing to ensure the delivery of quality products to internal and external customers. Skills & Experience: Test Planning:Analyze system requirements and prioritize test conditions.Plan and document test strategies and identify required resources.Collaborate with developers to develop test cases.Design, build, and execute manual and automated test scripts.Ensure compliance with industry protocols and perform load testing. Fix Verification/Impact Analysis:Develop solutions for issues discovered during testing.Verify fixes and ensure no regressions.Execute tasks to meet sprint deliverables and provide estimates for planning.Report test results and conduct defect trend analysis. Test Strategy/Team Support:Own and improve testing strategy and processes.Guide and support other testers in best practices.Assist in enhancing development practices to meet quality standards.Participate in design reviews for functional understanding.
