Job requirements: A minimum of an Electrical qualification with a Wireman’s license. Job responsibilities: Manage all technical construction aspects of Solar PV projects within the Projects Department. Drive all construction works with construction teams/subcontractors and commissioning phases of a project. Hand over all relevant technical project and commissioning documentation to the appointed Project Manager. Assist with any business development requirements focused on continual improvement of the department’s operations and efficiencies. Assist the Engineering Department in completing designs relating to the renewable energy system to which he is appointed to manage. All planning responsibilities relating to the project schedule must be maintained by the Construction Manager and communicated with internal management on an ongoing basis. Tasked with developing and maintaining quality control procedures on each project to ensure the product meets company standards. Continual visibility into the latest technological and product developments must be monitored to ensure the best solution can be offered to the client. To ensure projects are of high quality, in line with company standards, and keep the construction teams on schedule with the project schedules. Adhere to and maintain project Health and Safety site requirements. Implement project construction in line with engineering mechanical and electrical designs. Assist in the design of solar PV energy systems. Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during construction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
