The primary focus is on driving the productivity of manufacturing operations to meet sales demands and productivity targets while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This role includes the implementation of strategic business planning processes; manufacturing strategies; and the maintenance of regulatory compliance. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field 5-10 years of proven experience in plastics manufacturing management, ideally within the FMCG manufacturing/production market Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices.
