This role includes the implementation of strategic business planning processes; manufacturing strategies; and the maintenance of regulatory compliance. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field 5-10 years of proven experience in plastics manufacturing management, ideally within the FMCG manufacturing/production market Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices.
