The position reports into the Inbound Division Lead. Your responsibilities will include: Communicate with Suppliers by means of internal systems, emails, and phone. Inform suppliers of exceptions and drive collections within SLA Following up with the Suppliers with collections and reasons for missed collections. Investigate all exceptions and solve them within SLA Reviewing data for gaps or errors and resolving or escalating issues to resolve Investigate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to solve all queries. High-lighting solutions for issues preventing suppliers from collecting Exceptions. Drive supplier compliance relating to exceptions Highlight DC concerns and drive compliance Weekly and Monthly Reports to various stakeholders Assistant to Division Lead Attributes: Attention to detail and high standards of quality Strong Excel skills (including v-lookups, and tables…) Solutions-oriented, self-motivated, can-do attitude Strong organizational&prioritization skills Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Excellent team player Qualifications: Grade 12(equivalent) 4 years of administrative/operational experience Competency in all MS Office packages, very strong Excel skills (including v-lookups), internet search Ability to learn internal data capturing and warehouse management systems Relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus The Environment : takealot.com employees are entrepreneurial and dynamic, smart, customer-centric, fun and have the shared ambition of takealot.com being the leading e-commerce company in Africa.
