Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Facilitate payments and manage bank statementsEnsure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accountsPredict cash needs and oversee cashflow as per fund policiesCompile fund accounts according to accounting guidelinesUphold Service Level AgreementsConduct monthly reconciliations for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Generate and review monthly/annual working documents for ledger accountsCoordinate communication with fund managers, brokers, and custodiansMonitor and regulate investment activitiesValidate the precise loading of daily and cashflow unit pricesMaintain precise investment balancesLodge monthly EMP201 and Biannual 501 reconciliationsResolve queries from SARS promptlyStrategize and manage audits efficientlyPrepare audit documents and working filesDraft annual financial statementsAddress audit needs and enact auditor recommendationsSubmit financial statements electronically to the FSCACompile member data for fund valuation Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Qualification:DegreeMust come from an employee benefit environment Contact ANNARI STANDER on
