The successful applicant will be responsible for interacting with DHA Branches daily, responding to incoming requests for IRE demonstrations, and providing training and consultations. The role involves arranging necessary IRE training sessions, communicating new IRE services and procedures to DHA staff, maintaining relationships with DHA Staff and IT, as well as upkeep of an accurate log of contacts, resolution details, and follow-up information. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and troubleshoot IRE issues at branches- Assist with product roll-outs as necessary (installations and training of new versions)- Ensure site visits and assistance is provided to sites experiencing issues- Log all issues on Heat- Ensure successful Day End at visited sites- Submit weekly and monthly activity reports on time Requirements: - Education: Minimum of Grade 12, A+ Certification- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel- Minimum 2 years' experience as a training and support consultant- SQL knowledge- Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication in English, both written and spoken- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems- Solid experience with Oracle Databases- Valid driver's license and own transport is a must- Ability to travel as required- Presentation and training skills- Experience writing SQL queries- Valid AA accredited roadworthy certificate (No older than 3 months on date of application)- Valid car insurance Salary R 12 500, plus petrol card Location: Northern Cape/Freestate
