Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: BSc, B. Eng or BTech qualification in Civil Engineering with 5 years post qualification graduate experience and at least 3 years experience in housing developmentsExperience in construction monitoring and site supervision of contract work within a civil / building environmentExperience in project management especially in civil/building environmentGood knowledge of / experience in built environment, housing development processes, statutory processes, government policies/procedures and housingExperience in leading and managing teamsExperience in compilation and submission of tenders / proposalsProfessionally registered with ECSA as a Pr Technologist or in process thereofProfessionally registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager or in process thereofMS Projects / Primavera experience preferableLimited duration contractThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Oversee multiple projects and management cost, quality, scheduling & technical mattersProject managementContract administrationSite monitoring and reportingImplement engineers quality control planSite audits; measurement and certification of completed workRegular site meetingsMaintain external stakeholder relationshipsManagement of service providersProvide technical advice and ensure compliance with all legislationAbility to budget and maximize sustainable revenue streams Salary: Market related
