QualificationsRelevant Degree or Diploma; Relevant CertificationsExperience in Project Management (Design or Manufacturing)Computer literateProficiency in project management softwareGood team management skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent time management skillsValid drivers license and own transport Responsibilities:Daily monitoring and tracking of projects in progress.Conducting daily touch-base meetings with the Design Manager, Procurement Manager, Factory Project Manager and Electrical and Automation Manager to collate live project updates.Identify discrepancies or issues and promptly implement corrective measures.Provide support with troubleshooting and resolving issues when applicable.Preparing status reports, conducting regular project meetings and being the point of contact for any inquiries related to the project.Ensuring that the project adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.Health & Safety procedures and checks in the factory (I.e. Portable Electrical, Tools, Ladders, Machine Guarding, Lifting Equipment, Safety Harnesses, Lights, Gas Welding Equipment, etc).Assigning Toolboxes to new employees.
