In terms of qualifications, youll need to have matric, a Trade Certificate with the ability to issue 3 phase COCs. You should have 5 years maintenance and installation experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be in charge of installation and maintenance of all electrical systems so you should have an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. This role involves training semi-skilled technicians so strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
