Ingrain is seeking a Control System Engineer to join the dynamic Technology Group Department at Ingrain. The key reason for the existence of this role:Provides a control systems engineering service by maintaining the system as well as implementing modifications on the system to suit the process modifications.Design, plan, organize, lead, implement and monitor control systems projects to maintain and improve safety, quality, throughput, reliability and process plant efficiencies for the existing operations.Assists with the design, development, implementation and commissioning of process control projects and modifications.Provide 24-hour standby functions on the control systems in place at the operations.This role supports the strategy by:Maintain, modify, improve and ensure the integrity of control systems used to operate the operation units.Providing technical guidance and training where required on control systems for its users.Identifying, assessing and developing new control systems engineering practices to adhere to continuous improvement strategies.Assist in keeping the plants operational 24 hours, 365 days of the year.This role interacts with the following key people:Discipline (Electrical and Instrumentation, Process, Project) Engineers.Mill Operational Staff (Engineers, Co-ordinators, Technicians, Production).Project Teams.Job Type: Full-timePay: From R800000,00 per yearMinimum Requirements:Application Question(s):Have you completed the following level of education: BSc or B.
