• To perform parts supervisory related tasks and provide support to the Line Manager effectively and efficiently. • Communicate and ensure accessibility to process documentation by all personnel. • Coordinate the relevant subject matter required by team to deliver process design within set timeframe. • Ensure the parts team works according to policies, principles, processes, and procedures of the parts department. • Lead and supervise a parts process team using while following the BWE Leadership philosophy and demonstrating value driven leadership. • Motivate and drive the required behaviour aligned to the Brand. • Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPIs while meeting departmental financial targets Qualification, Experience and Competencies • Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage. • Business development skills and knowledge. • Track record leading people in a team-based/participative environment. • Experience in managing a parts operation advantageous. • Sound parts business acumen, Attention to detail • Organisational Awareness, Good Communication skills, Analytical Ability • Product and systems knowledge • Inventory Control and warehouse experience • Parts Sales experience and business financials understanding #J-18808-Ljbffr
