Duties&Responsibilities Generate a healthy sales funnel in line and exceeding set targets Develop a growth strategy for key market segments and geographical region(s) Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and develop customer specific value propositions. Assess, prioritise and strategies new business opportunities, potential deal size, organisational structure, decision makers and budget holders Employ activities which can have a direct impact on the company’s revenue and brand growth in relevant markets. Desired Experience&Qualification Relevant Engineering Degree/Diploma At least 10 years’ experience in a relevant market related position, selling to industrial customers in the FMCG and/or mining sector. Must have proven track record of independently developing and selling project>R 10 Mil Must have a well-developed network of clients, partners and consultants in the private sector. Must have a proven track record achieving profitable growth in the water treatment sector, using a technical / consultative sales approach. Experience in developing business proposals that highlight a compelling value proposition to the key decision maker. Solid water treatment technology solution knowledge Sound understanding of commercial project finance and project feasibility calculations Sound understanding of fundamental contractual aspects Strong business and commercial skills Interpersonal skills demonstrate ability to interact at all levels Effective verbal and written communication skills Persuasive, confident and assertive.
