Longmeadow, South Africa | Posted on 06/07/2024 ● Creditors management and reconciliation ● Monthly management packs and reporting including P&L / Balance Sheet and Cash Flow ● other financial reports required for the Company Dashboards ● Use Xero and other relevant systems for reporting tools ● C 10 Entities within the Group including personal Balance Sheets and Trust accounting ● Report on organisational financial standing of the company in monthly and quarterly meetings ● Report on potential financial risks and saving cost opportunities for the organisation ● Departmental and divisional reporting ● Cash Flow planning and Reporting ● Tax planning for group including director together with external accountant to ensure tax efficient structures. ● Assist department managers to budget and forecast per departments. ● Ensure statutory compliance across all taxes / CIPC and other statutory returns. External accountant assists with return submissions. ● Ensure all compliance/ Statutory payments are paid on time ● Ensure accuracy of calculations and payments. ● Ensure no penalties are raised for the organisation. ● Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables ● Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from  CEO or General Manager ● Act as part of the team and always assist other members of the team to achieve common goals ● Consistently live and be an example of the Company values ● Clarity in judgment ● Critical Thinking ● Problem Solving Requirements Proven experience as a n Accountant/ Financial Manager 10 years of experience in a similar role Experience in  the Accounting industry Knowledge of business processes and functions #J-18808-Ljbffr
