THE JOB AT A GLANCE: You will perform various tasks to support the financial accountants, including, but not limited to, processing manual journals, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and financial reporting. Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL DO: Prepare and post financial journal processing Prepare month-end GL reconciliations Prepare GL site YE packs, including the analysis of income and expense accounts for tax pack purposes Answer queries, provide information, explanations, and help as required What You Will Be Measured On Achieve accurate and complete GL closure on time for review Achieve clean GL account reconciliations Achieve limited tax queries on submission of corporate tax pack Achievement of all submissions on/before set deadlines Avoid/limit audit findings Qualifications ESSENTIAL SKILLS&QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant qualification in accounting 2+ years total experience with 1-2 years accounting and administrative experience Experience in FMCG would be an added advantage About Us Tiger Brands is proudly Africa’s largest listed manufacturers of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
