The SDR will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with both existing and potential customers. This position involves proactive outreach to identify opportunities and set the stage for the sales team to close deals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to existing and new customers to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.Identify and qualify potential leads through research and interaction.Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.Track and report on key performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.Qualifications:Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the building materials or interior design industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).A proactive and results-driven approach to work.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professionalism. 18 people have applied for this job. 251 people have viewed this job.#J-18808-Ljbffr
