Duties&Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and design to implementation and close-out. Manage project teams, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct design reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments. Prepare and review contract documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates. Foster effective communication and project coordination by liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate site activities, including inspections, testing, and quality control measures. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
