IBF capacity planningContribute with business & product owners re the strategic direction of charging technologies in line with overall business objectivesParticipate in the creation of design specification documentation to detail the business requirementsProvide inputs to various vendor RFPs for company & IT Delivery requirementsUnderstand Business Needs, Problems and OpportunitiesDesigning, modifying, and overseeing the flow of processes to guarantee maximum output with minimum defects.Engage with stakeholders to achieve quick return on investment of RPA projects.Consult with stakeholders to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation.Skills and expertise requirement:Completed BCom / BSc Information Technology degree.A minimum of 8 years IT experience.At least 5 - 8 years in- Depth working experience with Automation Anywhere RPA Tools
