OverviewHire Resolve’s client in the Logistics Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Fleet Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.Responsibilities:Driver’s timesheets: collect at the end of the shift, analyze loads and standing timeUpdate faults on board in the workshop dailyTruck decal and cleanliness inspectionMonitor DriversMonitor driver PDPQuery poor performance from driversLoad performances to be recorded on a spreadsheetLiaise with the workshop regarding the status of trucksMonthly reportsEmploying new driversDo inspections on trucks after work has been doneTest trucks after maintenance has been doneDispatch loads to clients - around 200 loads per daySchedule trucks with workshop and dispatch for maintenanceRequirements:Code 14 driver’s licenseExperience in driving trucksQualified Diesel MechanicMust have experience in fixing trucks or at least looking at truck maintenanceFleet managementWorking hours will be from 06:30 am to 17:00 pm or until the last truck has come homeBenefits:Salary: Market RelatedTraining & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
