We have an amazing opportunity for a Development Manager based in Johannesburg, Gauteng Industry: Property Development Level: Senior Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field. • 5-10 years of experience in managing development projects, with a focus on residential property development. • Previous experience in personnel management. • Honors or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred. • Strong technical proficiency in MS Office. • Thorough understanding of town planning, construction, building regulations, and laws related to project development. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict effectively.
