Head of IT FMCG / Food&Bev /Agri ~ ICT Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa You have the choice of basing yourself in the company's Cape Town or Johannesburg offices. Reporting to the FD you will be required to determine the overall IT strategy of the company. This is a national portfolio and an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT Manager. You will be required to drive the company's digital transformation through the development of a technology roadmap into the future. This will include overseeing, evaluating and assisting with all technology operations, projects and execution. You will be required to ensure streamlining of business operations per established goals to create business value through technology. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Degree in computer science or software engineering, programming or information systems, computer programming and software development. 10 to 12 years of related experience in a managerial role Several years of experience in managing employees within an IT environment Strong project management including change management skills Strategic planning and organisational skills Proven leadership abilities Excellent problemsolving skills.
