We are particularly looking for those looking to repatriate back to Swaziland or those currently based in Swaziland.Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.Post graduate qualification or leadership development course an added advantage.5 years Senior Managerial experience in Supply Chain in FMCG.Proficient in use of MS Office suite.Working knowledge of ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP an added advantage.Key SkillsSound understanding of supply chain processes.Good project management skills.Well-developed interpersonal and communication abilities.Critical thinking and good problem-solving skills.Ability to manage people from diverse educational backgrounds.Proactive and deadline & target driven.Ability to work under pressure, maintaining high standards of quality.Summary of ResponsibilitiesDevelop and ensure effective implementation of the supply chain strategy (warehousing & distribution).Develop and ensure effective management and implementation of the supply chain budget (warehousing & distribution).Ensure the development of policies, processes and procedures to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain, whilst ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality and safety....
