Project Management: Lead and manage RCM-related projects, from planning to implementation and evaluation.Develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely and successful project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering. 2 years of experience in reliability engineering, asset management, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Thorough understanding of RCM principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in applying reliability engineering tools and techniques, such as FMEA, Weibull analysis, and root cause analysis. Experience in the implementation and optimization of predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven insights. Proficient in the use of asset management software, data analysis tools, and maintenance management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to asset management and maintenance.
