The group is also strongly associated with Geneva Group International (GGI). Minimum requirements: Essential: Matric / Grade 12 with good results. Completed B.Com Accounting and wanting to attempt their articles for the first time. Must have a passion for accounting and auditing and display such enthusiasm in becoming a CA. Must have a driver’s license and own car as there will be extensive travel to and from clients. Willingness to work overtime. Must have excellent computer skills. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be well-presented and well-spoken. Advantageous: Must be deadline-driven, a go-getter, assertive yet friendly. Must be diligent, ensure that rules and procedures are followed strictly and have a high standard of work ethic. Must be serious and committed to ensuring client service is met and relationships are maintained. Must have high learning agility. Must be a strong character that can handle pressure, enjoys a challenge, is presentable and portrays a professional image at all times. Remuneration&benefits: Salary is dependent on the qualifications you have successfully completed prior to starting your articles.
