Successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets as set by the dealership and manufacturer. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required Grade 12 certificate Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage Minimum of 2 years new vehicle sales experience Exceptional communication skills Exceptional customer service Clear criminal record Computer Literate Team player Key Duties and Responsibilities Generate leads for potential customers. Follow up on all leads until the deal has been finalized. Pre-qualify all customers. Gather customers documentation and submit file to F&I office for finance application and further upselling. Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery including where necessary that all accessories are fit. Deliver vehicle to customer.
