The role will be responsible for the standardization of PMS systems across the portfolio. This will include the rebuild of all systems to align each PMS to produce standardized usable sets of data. The role will also involve the production of revenue reports for each unit and the group as a whole. It will also require the person to monitor and identify changing needs and adapt the PMS and other technology to ensure that we continue to maximize our distribution and technology. The systems manager will be responsible for identifying key revenue insights for each unit and producing sound revenue strategies with these insights. Requirements Extensive knowledge of and experience with eres, apex, and opera Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience Ability to plan and execute major projects Training and presentation experience Strategic perspective Analytical thinking THE ROLE Systems and Data Coordinating and collating monthly reports from the property management system Reviewing all monthly reports and analyzing the data with critical outputs that allow for informed decision making on revenue and market strategies per unit Identifying key opportunities in new and existing markets for the Chief Revenue Office to then disperse to the sales, marketing, and revenue teams Maintenance of PMS systems to ensure that they are up to date Development of PMS to continue to provide more insightful data to guide key revenue decisions Development of the central inventory system to improve efficiency for central reservations, connectivity, distribution, and direct bookings Explore and understand all new systems on the market to ensure we are using the best possible system for our needs. Revenue Utilize insights from the data pulled to ensure that we maximize our yielding on BAR rates Ensure that peak periods are identified far in advance for each unit and measures put in place to maximize on these Ensure that the distribution maintains parity across all channels with an emphasis on ensuring booking directly is the most desirable channel Create and maintain the loyalty programme strategy once this is developed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
