Optimize crop protection marketing materials aligned with area strategy. Enhance key customer relationships (distributors, agents, farmers). Ensure accurate monthly and annual forecasting for timely product delivery. Develop and implement proposals for strategic product positioning. Establish strong relationships and hold regular meetings with the area team, customers, and agents. Provide support during farmers' days and sales events, including on-farm technical assistance. Conduct technical training for distributors, agents, and farmers. Create strategic product positioning documents for the season. Communicate and implement crop team decisions with customer management and agents. Manage and monitor demo trials in the specified region. QUALIFICATIONS Hold a degree in Agricultural Sales or Marketing. Possess 5 years of combined sales and technical experience in the agricultural industry. Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English. Demonstrated expertise in fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides. Extensive knowledge of plant health and crop care. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
