A firmly established hotel and apartment chain is recruiting for a dynamic Full Stack Development Team Lead to work on-site in Sandton. Full Stack Development Team Lead Sandton, On-site Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management or Agile certification is advantageous. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in development including 3 years leading a team and management experience in a development team. Proven experience in full-stack development within the .NET framework with strong coding skills and a solid understanding of software architecture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a development team. KPAs: Spearhead the conceptualisation, creation, and upkeep of software solutions within the .NET framework. Actively engage in coding tasks while offering technical insights to the team. Uphold standards of excellence by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Lead and oversee a development team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Provide mentorship and support to team members, nurturing their professional growth and skill enhancement. Coordinate and prioritise development endeavours to ensure timely project completion. Take charge of software releases, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define release timelines. Ensure that software releases align with business objectives and meet stringent quality benchmarks. Analyse business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for software enhancements. Evaluate and implement off-the-shelf solutions to tackle business challenges effectively. Possess a robust technical background in full-stack development, with proficiency spanning front-end to back-end technologies. Collaborate with the team to conduct code reviews, assess technical feasibility, and advocate for best practices. Acknowledge the significance of data within the organisation and collaborate with data professionals to harness its potential. Ensure adherence to data security protocols, maintaining integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, code, and development procedures.
